I'm Oliver Lange, filmmaker from Leipzig — more than 20 years in the craft, with a clear B2B focus. From 50+ projects in industry, energy, IT and mid-sized businesses I know what companies really struggle with: positions that stay vacant. A presence that doesn't show what's inside the company. Channels that nobody delivers content for.

That's exactly what I build films for. I start with the questions that lead to the message, plan the shoot so your day-to-day business keeps running, and deliver cuts before you have to ask. Project experience means: clean processes, fixed milestones, no surprises — and in the end a result that works in recruiting, sales and marketing.

What will this really cost us in the end?

Exactly what the quote says: after the briefing you get a fixed price within 24 hours — concept, shoot, edit, licences and revision rounds included. No add-ons, no surprises. And because my setup is lean, you pay for results instead of overhead.

How much internal time does a project like this take?

A few hours, spread over weeks: a guided briefing (4–6 minutes), one alignment call for the concept, a shoot day that runs alongside your daily business, and feedback with a click in the portal. The rest — planning, organisation, post-production — is on me.

Our people don't want to be on camera.

All my clients know that feeling — until shoot day. I guide relaxed interviews instead of having people recite lines; after ten minutes the camera is forgotten. The result: real faces that applicants and clients believe — and that's exactly what brings the right inquiries.

How quickly will we see results?

First cuts after 24–48 hours, the finished film usually within 14 days of the shoot — in all formats for website, social media and career page. You can be visible in weeks, not quarters.

Is this even worth it for a company our size?

Mid-sized companies are exactly my focus — most of my 50+ projects were for companies your size. A film works even harder there: it replaces the missing marketing team, runs for years in recruiting, sales and at trade fairs, and pays itself back many times.

And what if we don't like the result?

It never gets to that point at final approval: you see cuts early, give feedback frame-accurate on the timecode, revision rounds are built in. No black box — you're in the picture at every step and steer along.

What does a shooting day actually look like?

Quiet and plannable: 15 minutes of setup, compact equipment and a schedule built around your operations — not the other way round. Interviews and scenes are shot between daily business, no barriers, no stage.

Do we need a finished concept or script beforehand?

No. You provide input in a guided briefing (4–6 minutes); I develop concept, story and shooting plan from it. You approve both before the camera rolls — topic anchors instead of memorised lines.

Who owns the films — and what happens to the raw footage?

The finished films are yours, with full usage rights for your channels: website, social media, trade fairs, ads. I archive the raw footage securely — future cuts can be made without a new shoot.

You're based in Leipzig — does this work for us too?

Yes, I work nationwide. The compact setup travels well, coordination happens remotely via portal, phone or video call — filming happens on site with you.

How do we give feedback on the cuts?

Through your own client portal: you see every version online, comment frame-accurately on the timecode and have all versions, documents and downloads in one place. No email ping-pong, no version chaos.

What about data protection and our employees' consent?

Properly handled: consent forms for everyone involved, only volunteers in front of the camera, sensitive areas are re-planned or kept unrecognisable. We sort this out before the shoot, not after.

Can we start small?

That's exactly what the stages are for: stage 1 is a clearly scoped one-off project from briefing to delivery. If it works, we scale — stage 2 adds recruiting, stage 3 turns it into plannable monthly output.

How flexible is the growth partner model?

Plannable month by month instead of rigid: fixed shooting days, edit-ready assets every month, scope adjustable at any time. You plan with a fixed budget — and if your priorities change, the plan changes with them.

Do we also get social media formats?
