VNG AG commissioned a recruiting video for their Welcome Day — to welcome Deutschlandstipendium scholars and capture company culture, team spirit and the day's key moments on film, for internal communications and social media.

Approach & Production
Together with the foundation team we agreed to shoot spontaneous interviews with participants, layered with visual impressions from across the day.
I covered the event in a documentary style: short soundbites, speech moments, interactions and personal conversations, all captured authentically and unobtrusively.
In post we built a compact 70-second recruiting film that blends emotion, information and atmosphere — tuned for social media and the careers page.

Outcome & Value
The film delivers authentic insight into the foundation's work and the sense of community among the scholars.
The mix of voices and moods makes the day tangible online and strengthens the employer brand externally.
It's a strong fit for reaching new applicants and works across the careers page, LinkedIn recruiting and internal channels.
