Projekt Harz.
New forest, real team.
A documentary-style brand film about a reforestation event in the Harz mountains. People rolling up their sleeves to plant thousands of trees in half a day — nature, teamwork and responsibility made visible.

New forest
Project goals & client
Communisystems Care GmbH commissioned us to film a reforestation event in the Harz. The goal was to document the event authentically while making the company's commitment to the environment and sustainability visible.
The film wasn't just meant to show what happened that day, but also why such efforts matter. So the focus was on the people on the ground, their shared work and the sheer scale of reforestation.
The finished film is used for internal communications, social media and presentations.

Approach & execution
Rather than working from a fixed shoot plan, we stayed flexible and documentary in approach — capturing the atmosphere of the event authentically and making spontaneous moments visible.
On location we followed the action with handheld camera, gimbal and drone — from quiet landscape shots to dynamic scenes of people working together. Special attention went to the details: spades, soil, young saplings and the cooperation between participants.
Interviews with employees and organisers add personal perspective to the visuals. The visual style blends documentary observation with cinematic nature footage — conveying both the scale of forest damage and the hope that comes with reforestation.

Result & added value
The film shows powerfully how corporate engagement can have concrete impact. Combining nature footage, interviews and documentary scenes creates an authentic portrait of the event.
The production is ideal for social media, internal communications and presentations. At the same time, it conveys a positive image of company culture and shows how sustainability can be lived actively.
What becomes visible: a shared event delivers more than just a day in the forest — it's a tangible contribution to rebuilding the ecosystem.
