Goals & client
Evangelische Landeskirche Baden commissioned a film carrying its core messages — community, faith and commitment — across internal comms, social media and public-facing channels.
The focus: the IT department as a forward-looking employer, and the team behind it — made visible for recruiting and digital presence.

Approach & production
We built a storyboard with interview prompts and locations across churches and parish houses. The goal was to combine emotional authenticity with spiritual depth.
Over three shoot days I captured emotional, honest scenes across multiple settings — the office, team members' homes and other working environments.
The aim wasn't just to show workplaces, but to convey the team and their passion for digital work in a human, approachable way.

Outcome & value
The clip presents the department as a forward-looking, team-driven employer — a strong asset across recruiting funnels.
Short runtime and vertical framing maximise reach and engagement on Instagram and TikTok.
The result strengthens the church's brand image as innovative, digital-savvy and human — and actively supports its digital transformation.
